throttle body, and therefore I don't know how to fix it, and honestly I don't have much time to devote to how to repair a flawed product.
Just like I don't spend time to learn how to repair the DI cassette.
Just replace it and be over with it.
The bulletin from Saab was about a shaft that created too much drag (sticky), when they came out with the new TB.
The problem with the TB is that it's so intermittent, as you can tell from all the different stories out there so to nail the problem down is difficult.
I truly beleive it is in the winding of the electric motor that pulls the butterfly open. Sometimes the winding just creates a tad more resistance and that is enough for the TCS computer to throw the system into limp home.
