to your city and change your bulb at the airport and I could still make money on the deal.
Anyway, if it is the "city light" bulb, i.e. the little bulb that sits in the front headlight assembly, next to the high beam.
The Saab part number is 9512880 at the time. A few years ago, I bought two at a dealer and they cost me a whopping $5.70 each. Later I also found the same type of bulbs in various auto stores for considerably less.
Depending on which side is burnt out, the driver side is easier to replace than the passenger side as the A/C plumbing is in the way. However, if you have a small hand or some tool you can use to reach the connector, then you can replace the bulbs without taking the grille or headlight lens off. I did both sides without much problem or taking anything off.
The problem is to identify where the bulb socket/connector is. Lu already posted the how to.
If you still have problem locating the light. Then you look at the side that is working with parking light on. Mentally estimate where that light could be by looking at the back of the headlight lens. Shine a bright light near that spot and you should see a little round connector with two wires going into it and a small tab that you can turn. If the burnt bulb is on the passenger side, then practise on the driver side to see how to open the socket and connector.
$295 got to be the biggest markup percentage I have ever seen posted here :-).
