In September I bought a '93 Aero and 2 months later had to pay to replace master/slave/clutch and the radiator and I've still spent less than 5K total. Some people will wait to find that rare buyer who will pay whatever their fantasy tells them an Aero is worth, others want to deal. The car I got was garaged, dealer serviced, very clean, manual, 120K miles.

Most people say to avoid the '93 Aero because of TCS and hard to upgrade computer. Oh well, for the price I couldn't say no. People say that 95-97 was most reliable for the Aero, the '98 CSE is similar to an Aero (which wasn't made in '98).

As for reliability, expect that as the car gets older than many other cars will even run, parts will begin to fail. The service history of any car you consider will be vital information to have. Check out the maintenance schedule on http://www. quasimotors.com to get idea of how to avoid being stranded using preventative maintenance. Also, look at his buying guide. Good Luck.
