The previously listed Clarion CD changers may or may not connect directly with what you already have in the car. I understand that if you have the Clarion in-dash single CD player/equalizer, it will plug into it and be controlled by it - but I have no experience. I do not know about the newer HK systems.
My 1994 CS has just the standard Clarion/SAAB radio (with external rear amp) and I used the RF modulator supplied with the changer to connect it, the changer plays throught the FM radio (kind of a kludge). This modulator comes standard with some models of the CD changer - check if you need it. It connects directly to the head end of the 12-pin cable to the trunk, has a cable inserted in the antenna feed line to the radio, and has a small external display/control panel to operate it. Two power and one ground wires complete the wiring. While it sounds OK to good, and better than cassettes, my guess is that it would sound better without the extra RF modulation/demodulation stage which limits fidelity to that of the FM receiver circuitry, which is not particularly outstanding.
