should be able to jack up the trans side after you unbolt the mount, enough to clear it,,,and cut out the old mount. this is the same poly procedure as the upper dog bone mount. Once you cut through the thin aluminum housing that the mount is moulded to, the pressure relieves and the mount will fall out. If you want to press in a new OEM style mount, the housing has to be out of the car and on hte bench.
