1. There is a common problem with bad solder joints in the Lamp Control module (the orange one), but it is easily repairable, do a search in the archives - much has been written on this procedure.
2. Blinking SRS light can only be reset by someone with the proper SAAB tool, i.e. the GM Tech-II, usually found at a dealer or SAAB-specific independent. Other GM dealers might have the proper adaptors and software. You may have an actual problem, but more likely this might have been triggered by a voltage spike/dip or a bad phase of the moon or misalignment of the planets. Chances are, a "fault in left front sensor" will show up on a scan. The archives have more on this.
