My RF break 'sticks' intermittently, anyone else?

I was out driving my '92 9000 turbo (yes, TCS'd) on city streets today, and started to notice a light vibration coming through the steering wheel. I also felt it a little bit through the seat of my pants (no jokes, please ;) .
I pulled up to a stoplight that was on a little bit of an incline. While waiting, I put the clutch in, but not the break, and guess what, I DIDN'T roll backwards. It kinda felt like I'd pulled the parking break handle up just 2 notches. It wasn't enough to seriously hamper forward motion, but just enough to notice a 'drag' on the car, and cause slightly more abrupt stops.
I pulled into a parking lot near by and got out and went around to each wheel and took it's temperature. Sure enough, 3 of them were cold (it's 25 degrees F today - and snowing like crazy!!! Man, I wish I had time to go do some skiing, but I digress...). The right front wheel, however, is very warm. So it seems pretty obvious that the RF caliper is sticking somewhat.
Here's the funny thing. I go into a restaurant for lunch, and come back out, and the car is fine; the caliper let go, I suppose. I drive around for another 15 minutes before I start to notice it 'dragging' a little again; but not as bad as before, and not to the point that it's causing vibrations.
So, has anyone seen this before? If so, what was the root of your problem? Is this probably something gummed up in the caliper, or is there the possibility of a leaky ABS control valve, pressurizing the line to that break?
Cheers!
Ben
