Either your sense is much more acute than mine or the right front brake caliper sticking on my 94cs was not as bad as yours. I recently replace the passenger front braker caliper hoping that got rid of my exccessive brake pad wear problem. See link. The right front went through a pair of pads in four months. But the left has practically no wear.
Mine didn't stick to the point that it won't roll back on a slpe, though.
If you choose to replace the caliper (only $59 with core returned), I'd recommend keeping the original caliper retaining pins. Those two came with the rebuilt are of inferior material. I can tell because the allen wrnech deforms the new wrench hole easier than the original.
