Uneven Brake Pad Wear, Again

Going to work Friday morning in my 94cs, I noticed a little grinding on the front passenger side brake. Not good. As I was just beginning my 25 mile morning commute. So I started to keep a little more distance between my car abd the car in front of me and use hand brake as much as I can. I knew what's going on. This is the caliper which doesn't want to retract. I replaced the pad only in September, 2003. See link below.
Saturday morning I removed the brake caliper. Sure enough, the piston was fully extended. So it is time to put in the second pair of the set of pads I bought only four months ago. I know I am only taking care of curing the symptom, not addressing what caused it. But I am soon to go out of town for another business trip. This is about all I can do now. I think I have to replace this caliper. Would like to hear other suggestions.
