Thanks to everyone for your suggestions. I just went out and tried to examine some of the things folks have suggested. Perhaps it would help if I could better describe the noise I'm hearing. At 35-45mph it's a deep growling that it pretty constant. It happens no matter what the engine rpms, and even if I depress the clutch, so it doesn't seem to be load dependent. At 65mph or so, it's the noise has the same quality, but is higher pitched and becomes a rythmic pulsing, maybe 2x per second.

I don't think that it's bent rims because the rims on the car now are different than the rims I had on the car when I first noticed the noise (different tires too). The noise was unchanged after the rim swap.

I just went out and jacked up each wheel (front and rear) to see if there was any play in the wheel bearing and there was none.

Since I've ruled out wheel bearings and bent rims, my next guess would be inner drivers as someone suggested, but it seems that that vibration should be mostly or at least more apparent under load, which my vibration isn't.

Are motor mounts still a possibility? I don't know the age of my lowers. What about struts or something else suspension related? I'm really grasping at straws now... Thanks to everyone for all of your help!
