The hard failures (items that don't work at all) you describe could be due to a number of possible causes including fuses, bad connections (particularly bad grounds) and defective relays.
Almost certainly, the reason the hazards are not working is the relay - this is a common problem my dealer told me about. I had to replace mine as well. My hazards would function intermittently if I tapped on the panel under the dash on the passenger side (the relay chasis is above this panel).
The wiper problem (not turning off) could also be a relay. Since your going to be accessing the relay chasis anyway, why not check that one too.
The rear washer problem is probably a check valve. There are two, one under the washer fluid reservoir, and one in the center brake light housing (on the hatch) in the fluid circuit to the rear washer.
The left rear door switch is the likely problem with the interior lights (assuming the other doors do cause them to come on).
The locks I'm less certain about but it sounds like a bad ground connection because they're intermittent.
I hope this info helps get you started - good luck!
Dan
