and it never comes out right. I still wind up with this weird boost issue. I follow the guidelines that Bo at Engstrom.net has since he sent them to me. As for the plug gap, I have tested it between 1.10mm and 0.90mm, and my car seems to like it at 1.10mm, but I will go back and try it again at the smaller gap.
I'm starting to think now, due to what you just posted, that I need to get an oem Saab O2 sensor.
The first one I got was immediately found faulty. The replacement to that one (when I returned the first one) still was not right since I never got my boost back. Then I re-installed my old one, and I've been able to attain full-boost more often, but nowhere near what I was getting before the CEL came on telling me the original O2 sensor was faulty.
So I'm thinking I will bite the bullet, spend big bucks at the stealer, and see if it helps everything. I'm willing to try anything at this point. Only problem is that I probably cannot return the replacement O2 sensor (which is not working correctly) since it's been 6 months since I've had it).
