seems to me like you've got ATF mixing with coolant which is a serious thing going on. The ATF flows through the side of the radiator (in addition to the separate tranny fluid cooler underneath the radiator). There is a thin wall of metal (aluminum? brass?) that separates the two fluids. Eventually, this wall breaks down (lack of coolant changes and flushes, age, etc.), and the two fluids can mix. If it's in your coolant, then it is most likely in the tranny.
Look at the coolant and see if it is brownish, reddish, foamy. Also look at the ATF and see if it is foamy or has white lines in it (from the coolant mixing in it). If any of these are true, then you've got a problem.
Take a look at past posts on this topic. Most of them state to stop using the car, get a new radiator, and flush the coolant system AND tranny system.
Good luck!
Joe
