Door Problems

Passenger side doors on my '91 9KCD open and close as brand new, from inside & out. Driver's side doors however are another story - have gradually developed their own twitches as described below - so am looking for experienced opinions/fix suggestions:
1) Rear driver's side door - closes fine from inside or out and opens w/out problem from outside BUT has become stiff to open from inside - passenger seated behind driver must simultaneously pull handle and bang left shoulder against inside of door to open door. Not fun. Is this some kind of mechanism-adjustment issue and is it a DIY?
2) Driver's own door - opens and closes from inside and out w/out any real problem - and no visible markings on door/pillar/latch/strikeplate/etc. to indicate any real problem (and door lines up perfectly when closed - seals tight too) BUT!!! - and this is hard to describe/quantify - door feels... saggy(?)... stiff(?) somehow? Especially when opening or closing from the outside - almost feels as though door droops more and more the wider it gets opened - but visually (I) cannot detect any difference. Again - is this some kind of mechanism-adjustment issue and is it a DIY fix?
TIA folks!
