Rear door -
The inside door lever connects to the latch via a long metal arm - looks like a fat piece of wire. Slop builds up over time, and it gets harder to open. The solution is to take out some of the slop. To do this, you need to remove the door inner panel. Not really that hard - check the archives. You'll see a metal rod connecting the inside latch handle and the latch mechansim. What you want to do is shorten this up a little. I do this by bending it slightly - put a "V", or a 'zig-zag' into it. I do this by grabbing it with a needle nose pliers, slightly open. Holding the rod on either side of the pliers, twist the pliers slightly. Just a little, and you'll find that with reduced slop, the inside door handle works much better. Overdo it, and you'll have a 'hair trigger.'
Driver's door - not quite sure what the problem is. If it latches and unlatches find, then count yourself lucky. If it feels stiff as you open it wider, the best I can recommend is to lubricate the hinges.
If it's a little sticky opening it, try a few tricks-

Rear hatch -
On the hatch portion, there is the moving part of the latch. It connects with the pin in the bottom. You can loosen the bolts and move things around. If it's getting hard to latch - requires a slam - then moving the bits closer together would help. SLIGHTLY loosen the bolts and slide closer together. MOVE IT VERY LITTLE. Gee - why the shouting? It doesn't take a lot of movement. Too much, and it can get out of whack. Start with a little.
