I've been noticing a few quality issues with the parts I've been getting from Eeuroparts lately. The worst experience was a failed clutch slave that required redoing that task. However, Todd's always been good about replacing faulty parts, so I would give him a call and let him know of the problem.
I imagine that parts are coming from Eastern Bloc nations and certainly there must be a rash of Chinese parts out there, unauthorized even perhaps. Let's keep each other informed on this board of any parts issues and see if any patterns emerge.
Here are the spotty parts I've experienced:
93 CSE front rotors warped after less than six months on one car, fine on others
93 CSE axle outer boot clamp worked off, had to reclamp
93 CSE turbo cat clearance problem, had to heat and bend
aforementioned slave failure (used genuine Saab part second time)
