The SRS module is located in the console under the bottom cubbyhole. My guess is that it is connected to the ground point at the left front speaker, but I could be wrong (no diagram for your car). Due to its location, the module itself may have gotten a bath from a leaking heater core and got a bit fouled. There was a recall campaign to install a little plastic cover over the module box to keep it dry. You may want to call a dealer and verify that this was done on your car - if not done, I have no idea what they might do for you, but it is a "safety issue".
I can't recall all the ground points from memory, but the main ones seem to be the left front speaker, near the right front shock tower, the outboard side of the transmission housing, and possibly one near the battery. Good luck chasing this flakiness.
