You can buy the special tool from Saab, and from some of the independant suppliers too. I've also known some people make their own with threaded bar, etc. However, there is another way.
With a bit of work, you can remove the old bushes using only a hacksaw, a hammer and a blunt chisel or big screwdriver. For the rear of the two, you can remove the whole carrier from the engine bay no problem and do it on the bench. The other is much harder to remove, but can be done in situ. If you use the hacksaw method, cover up the alternator with something!
Feed the saw into the gaps in the rubber, and cut so that the centre metal part can be knocked out. Then put the saw back in and cut out to the edge carefully, so you cut through the metal sleeve but not into the carrier. Then using a hammer and blunt instrument, you can knock the metal sleeve out. I have done it with both, it really works.
If you haven't already bought the new bushes, buy the kit from Powerflex. They supply both as a kit, and they are split type so very easy to fit, no press required. Also, they are softer poly than the Superflex ones, so they should give less NVH.
Hope that helps!
