Are you sure you overfilled the tranny? Make sure you have sufficiently driven it to get the ATF hot, then before parking it, move the selector to "R" for 15 seconds and then into "P". Ensure you are on level ground, and then check the level on the dipstick while the engine is still running, looking at the range marked for 80 degrees Celcius. If it is overfilled, I do not know the diameter of the dipstick hole, but it is quite small.
Boost issues are usually resolved by looking at all of the past postings on this topic. There are many different things to look at. Are you sure you gapped the plugs correctly (1.00mm to 1.10mm)? Are you using premium fuel (at least 92 octane)? Is it damp, hot, and/or humid where you are (this affects boost by lowering it)? Is your BPC clean (look on the board for the procedure)? Clogged fuel filter? Dirty air filter? Loose clamp on one of the induction boots coming from the air delivery system and the turbo (there are many clamps!)? These are just a few of the things to check for; there are others as well.
