Quasi's site has a good procedure for removing the door panel - see the link. Removing the regulator is fairly self-evident once you are in there; it's basically three 10mm bolts holding the motor and another three or four holding the center slide assembly for the regulator. Note that two of these bolts attach the slider to the bottom of the window and are a bit difficult to access, you will probably need an open-ended wrench.
