I installed (or rather, my Indy did) the Sportchassi kit on my 1997 9000 CS in March this year. At the same time, most of the bushings were renewed with OEM rubber, or poly on the front 'butterfly' bushing and the swaybars (f+r). Since then I've driven about 4,000 miles. It rides quite well, and handling is much improved. The system really comes into it's own on the highway and at higher speeds in general. Cruising at close to triple didgit speeds is really quite possible with this setup (I also have 16" wheels), which I would recommend you have if you're doing this upgrade. Roadholding is much better, the car has a much more visually pleasing stance, and is much more responsive to desire to change direction. It's also more stable on the highway (no tendency to 'wander').
The only downside is the ride is definitely firmer, but you really only notice this on poorly surfaced roads. I notice the CD player (trunk mount changer) does skip more frequently than in the past. But it's certainly nothing of a sacrifice when you consider the improvement in performance, or when I compare it to other 'sport' suspension setups I've had/experienced. It is a factory setup (from the later Aero), and feels as such. Some people have found it to be not stiff enough - if you're really after something hardcore, you probably will want something stiffer from the aftermarket, with Konis; but, the odds are you will be happy with this. I'm in eastern MA and if you are planning to be here in the near future, you are welcome to check out my car. One other thing - at the $555 Nick sells the kit for, it's a bargain! I think the list price for just the struts & shocks from the dealer is more than that, and the kit includes EVRERYTHING - my Indy was very impressed with it. It is often on special order, so it can take a few weeks to arrive.
