I now have pin 14 switched, vice pulling the fuse and I don't see any difference. I have noticed some boost fluctuation, but I chalk that up to the ECU doing it's job in real-time. There's much less fluctuation with 94 octane than with 87! BTW, it's customary to fuse any circuit that provides bus voltage, i.e. 12 volts. Otherwise a circuit fault anywhere downstream causes a lot of damage. After checking the logic of the ECU I also found that it only "reads" pin 14 on power up. If you pull the fuse or open the switch after engine start you will have to cycle the ignition one time to tell the ECU to change.
