I came to the 9000 out of a C900 my wife and I'd had for 19 years. I'm pretty good at DIY, so I know what I am looking at. It took me a year and a half of looking to find a 9K that was up to my standards. With the one you are looking at I'd be VERY nervous. If the guy hasn't kept the coolant topped up I wonder what else has been ignored (motor mounts, trans oil, engine oil, brake fluid, belts, hoses, etc). Can you get maintenance records? If so, see what was done and when and where it was done. Then go talk to that shop about that car, if they have worked on it with any regularity. At 120K the car might be fine but due for a big cash infusion. You need to know this going in.

But I'd keep looking. Check the classifieds here. Also look at TSN sponsors who sell used Saabs. That's where mine came from.
