Did you use a 82deg fan switch as well? Or is that where the stock low speed comes online? My '91 9kT runs up to about 1030 or so, till the fans come on, and I believe its on high. When AC is on, no problems sticking right at 9...
Looks like I get to do balance shaft chains, guides, tensioner, timming chain, guides and such, oil pan/screen fix, TD-04 turbo aaaannd thermostat & fan switch..LOL...gotta order up all these parts...whew
