That is the Right one (less weak than middle) in the picture. At least that is the way it suppose to be, but it might be that some dealers have the Middle one (weak/wrong coating one) still in stock.
The Left one (the strong one) is not available anymore.
What year is the engine that you put in?
I highly doubt that you need to retorque the headbolts if the engine is older than about 97-98.
You also don't need to replace the head bolts on those older cars since those years came with much stronger bolts from factory.
