this has been posted about in the past.
The tubes are brass and quite often become dislodged out of their spots due to bumps in the road and/or age (breaking down whatever was used to hold them in place...tape?).
In any event, many people have had satisfactory results from ensuring these tubes are in place and do not move or rattle. The trick to it all is how to gain access to them. That's where you will need to search the archives to find the procedures.
I also have a rattle, but mine is not from the tubes. Mine is because I had a problem a year ago where the pass. side subframe sagged since the 2 bolts fell out that attach the subframe to the front crossmember. This was due to my earlier removal of them while replacing my bottom engine mounts (I still don't know how they fell out afterwards). When this happened, it also allowed the cv-joint boot to rip from rubbing against the top of the bottom ball-joint. Since that time, I think the car's body is out of alignment. This causes the sunroof rattle (I can actually see the roof and plastic trim itself shaking since it's not seated properly), and the fact that they cannot align the front end correctly. I will need to remove the driver's side bolts to "re-set" the body alignment, and hopefully this will help. But I digress...
