hello there...
I've got a 1990 9000 turbo... a totally different animal than your 95 cse, but i can give you my experience in upgrading the suspension...
I i got bilstein shocks/struts and intrax lowering springs. I didn't go with the SPORT model bilsteins, just the normal ones... i was afraid the sport would be too stiff.
The car certainly has the lowered look, and the suspension is TOTALLY stiffer... in a good way... and the ride quality isn't that bad! None of my passangers ever complain, my mother being one of them... so if i don't hear anything about it from her, it must be acceptable! ;)
All in all, i paid less for $1000 for the parts, and labor wasn't that bad either.
So i think if you can find a bilstein/intrax combo, you'd be happy too!
Research it some more though of course... good luck!
