Length of CD Changer cable?

I plan on putting the CD changer I just got (Clarion CDC635) under the flap which covers the spare tire. I'm just going to use double sided tape to mount the changer to the wood cover. Did a trial fit and it should be no problem.
I also routed the changer cable under the carpet, and now have it hanging in the spare tire well. The problem is that it doesn't appear to be long enough to reach the changer. I gave the wire a few pulls, but didn't want to damage anything.
Anyone know if the cable is long enough to reach similar installation)? If not, is there a DIN adaptor I could use to lengthen it?
Thanks
Ron
