is the sensor that measures the temp of the charged air coming into the intake system from the intercooler. Stains would indicate that this sensor is leaking, since the charged air has a slighty oily residue to it (same stuff you will find throughout the whole charged-air/boost system). Try removing the sensor, clean the inside tip with carb cleaner, then re-install, tigthening until it's snug.
The "whooosh" sound is likely the BPV, which is the black cylinder thing attached to the silver intake pipe downstream of the sensor I mentioned above. The BPV is also attached to the black plastic fresh-air intake, as well as has a small vacuum hose going into the top of it. As Bapman explained, either attach a spare hose to the top of the BPV, or remove the end of the hose that's attached to the "y"-fitting towards the false firewall. Suck on the end of the hose, and you should have very tight resistance. These things are on eBay all the time, and very cheap. Be sure to get one with Bosch # ending in 103 (stock) or 110 (high-boost or "Viggen" type). The vacuum hose itself might be leaking vs. the BPV, so try replacing the hose first to see if that helps.
The O2 sensor malfunction means it's time to replace that sensor. Be sure to replace the correct O2 sensor that the code is pointing to. There are 2 sensors: one right at the top of the DP next to the turbo, and one coming out of the far end of the cat (which is integrated into the bottom of the DP). More than likely, it's the top/primary sensor. Make sure you get a Bosch O2 sensor for the 9K; otherwise, it may not function correctly (it has 4 wires and is supplied cheaper by site sponsors).
All of these things are easy DIY jobs.
Good luck!
