When i first bought my car it did the same thing.

Check list

Check the Fan switch on the radiator it is located on the pass. side near the bottom could be replaced.

Check to see if the fan is working
there is two sets of wires for the fan on my 92 if a 3 wire
put power to the two wire conector positve is green and black is neg.
do it quit just to see if it works

if the fan works

could be the relays
could be the fan control switch
could be a short seeing that you are blowing a fuse. i had the same problem.
check the wireing
Normally the fan control switch goes because it is close to the turbo if you have a turbo.
also if you have a two speed fan the resistor could be broke and needs to be replaced. you can find these cheep check the bb

If you need a quick fix
you need
10gage wire 30ft.-50amp switch-inline fuse-and a 20 or 30amp fuse
I also bought a connector tube that was yellow from autozone too it was yellow and fit the wire it looks like a tube
one end you put the wire the other end you can put it into the male conector to the fan
now to assembly

take the wire tube and wire attach it to a ground point(i put mine on the right side on a existing ground) and then attach it to the black wire conector.

take another wire tube and wire and attach it to the green wire connector to the fan. run that to the neg on the switch.
now take another wire and attach it to the inline fuse run a wire on both sides of the fuse run one of the ends to the positive terminal (where all of the positive feeds come together) take the other end and run it to the posive end of the switch tah-da

If you need it for work this will work
i ran mine for a while
