One important factor is whether or not this car's a turbo. The price you mention seems reasonable for a turbo car, maybe a bit high for a non-turbo version.
However, with any 93 turbo, you have to watch out that the Traction Control System (TCS) is in proper working order, as these are tough to diagnose and repair in many cases.
Be sure to ask whether the timing and balance shaft chains have ever been replaced. There was a weak spot in these parts up until the first half of 1993 on all 2.3 engines. Many of them will have had the problem addressed by now, or you can take the situation under advisement.
Cracked washer fluid reservoirs are common and can be fixed or replaced; intermittent cold A/C is also usually a simple and no-cost fix, involving removing a shim from the A/C compressor clutch.
