You just described my car right down to the front spoiler or bumper damage and the tear in the window washer resivior (I can't spell either). Is someone selling you my car?! :)
Mine is same year/ tran/ turbo/cse/ Blue, with 157k miles. I'm the second owner and bought it bout 3 years ago when it had 130k. Since then its been a truly awesome car as far as sheer driving pleasure and just plain coolness, like being able to pop my bike/skis/snowboard in the back or whatever else and just crusin. Up until about two months ago it was basically trouble free. However, The Tcs is infamous on this year and has blown two bleeder valves on mine ($100) each, and may cause more problems in the future. The timing chain probably will need changing on mine and yours if it has'nt been done ever, and I just had to replace the slave cylinder, which is 6 hours labor. There are many complex parts on this complex european car which can go, but won't neccesarilly, just be aware of that.
I love the car, and I can't imagine not having it, but it can really kill your bank account. Make sure you know the service history in detail, If its been taken care of, it will hopefully be pretty good and could go to 200+ miles easily, (with some repairs ofcourse) if not , its gonna be a long expensive strange trip involving many tow trucks kinda saab story :). Good luck
