Speaker noise---Try pulling out the radio with the Saab tool or other method (search "radio removal" here). Then remove the speaker connections and spray some compressed air around them and the inputs. That took care of my issues.
Fog/Armrest---There are many site sponsors here that sell used parts for great prices. Also, Eeuroparts has new parts much cheaper than the dealer. Also could try car-part.com, which searches a national database of junkyards. I've had goodluck with them too. Search the BB for armrest. There is an aftermarket company that many have had good luck with. I've read some not-so-good things about the dealer accesory.
Horn---AFAIK there is no adjustment nut. That's about as much as I know, though.
Turning lights---No such thing on the 9K...Its possible to rig up the cornerlamp assembly to turn on the backup light when turning however. Again, do a search.
Spoiler---Front spoiler is black, unless you have an Aero, in which case it is color keyed to the car. New one is close to $500 from Saab (ask me how I know, at least insurance payed) and they look awesome!! Used ones are always available though and can help improve appearance.
Steering column adjustment---I have no idea...If mine slips a little, I just pull it locked a little tighter.
Good luck...I hope I made sense!!
