Thanks for the kind words turbo. I have seen your posts as well. It is a small internet ;-) Thank you very much for the info Ari and turbo. I am looking at the 94 because I found a deal for a 94 9K CSE non-turbo 5 speed and an 89 C900T Conv for $2700 for both. C900 needs work (a top and other stuff but have always wanted one) but I think they all do by now. It seems like a darn good deal and I am getting it from a Saab net poster (Jhay77) who I trust. I only took a quick look at the 9k but will be going back tonight to test-drive it. I will check the points you menaced Ari. Jhay77 is using it as his wife’s daily driver. The only big problem I see is my wife does not know how to drive a stick and really does not want to learn. She has tried my C900T but the trans in that is ready to be swapped out (pops out of 3rd, Can be hard to get into 1st, you know how it is), it is making around 225hp (so they tell me) and likes to burn the tires. Not the best for a student pilot. I think this has put a bad taste in her mouth. But I am paying for it and will be keeping it airworthy. She will have to learn and I think she will learn to love it (or walk, don’t tell her I said that LOLOL). Thanks again guys. Long Live Saab Net…
