It's nothing easy with these systems.
The TB partnumber is correct as being the new style. Disconnect the 7 pin harness from TB and inspect the 5 center connectors to see if they have a gold colored look (in harness). The throttle body have the 5 pins in gold.
If not, you need to buy them (P/N 4063087 $3.30 each), cut wires and install the 5 connectors. This might not solve the problem but should be done when fighting TCS gremlins.
Next you might have to find a friendly Saab shop where they can go over and verify that everything is coded and calibrated to specs. This might be your only problem.
It's almost impossible to tell how to "wave the magic vand" for each and every TCS car.
