What most people are looking for posting this question is an answer like, easy and cheap.
If that is what you want to hear, no it is not possible to convert an TCS car to a non TCS car. This I know for sure.
On the other hand, if you don't mind spending hours and hours of cutting and splicing wires (or replacing the whole main electrical harness through the car), following electrical diagrams and replacing many hard parts on your car, than it is feasable.
If you are planning to pay a mechanic to do the conversion, it is not worth it.
It's actually cheaper to repair the TCS system the right way than do a conversion. Granted the mechanic have the parts, knowledge and special tools.
