Pull the spark plugs and see how they look. Are they a very light grey to white? That's good. If they're a dark grey or black, that's a rich mixture. The car will run pretty happily with a rich mixture, but your gas mileage will suffer. Are all the plugs the same color, or is one black and the rest OK? One being black would indicate a sticky injector. If they're all the same grey/black, then it's systematic. It could be a leaky Fuel Pressure regulator, bad O2 sensor, or a host of other things to cause you to run rich.
