I clear out the front drains by taking a piece of 14 gauge, stranded, insulated wire and pushing it down the drain. Stranded wire is more flexible than solid wire. Make sure the end is cut flush, and don't push hard. You can reach the drains easily with the sunroof open.
Some folks use compressed air. I'd do it if I had access to a compressor.
The rears are harder. I usually start at the bottom. Behind the rear wheels you'll find a little rubber nipple (both sides). I pull off the nipple and run the wire up. If there is a blockage, this tends to loosen it up. Frankly, the nipple is what I see clogged most of the time.
