Exhaust replaced--have a coupla leaks--how to seal?

I just replaced the exhaust from the cat back, and also replaced the steel hanger from the engine to the cat (mine was broken). I used the Starla/Walker system from eEuroparts which is basically the stock system and it went on fine except for having to adjust the hanger brackets slightly on both mufflers. I had done the intermediate flex pipe about a month ago, then the exhaust yesterday. Now after a day of driving around, I am getting a couple of leaks, one coming out of the flex pipe to the center muffler and the other (I think) going out of the cat and into the flex pipe. The joints where the pipes go together seem designed (IMHO) to be leak-prone, so what is the best way to seal it tight? There must be a compound that will help seal this up. I have inspection coming up in a few weeks, so I gotta deal with this.
This is on a 1996 CSE 5 speed.
Thanks!
Noel
