Auto to 5 speed conversion

Picked up a 94 CDE on Ebay for a measely $250 locally. Wouldn't run of course. It has 142k miles, auto. The turbo engine was just too tempting. The auto box is a desappointment but I am no position to choose at the price. Have it flat bedded home 30 minutes ago. It is now being trickle charged in the garage. From cursory look nothing is missing. I am already prepared for the worst, meaning replacing the engine. But shall see what I get. I already have two 94 9k's, one turbo, another n/a, both 5 speed. This makes three. If I get it to run, this will be Russell's car. He will be driving next year. One more item added to my worldly possessions...
CDE has a trunk. The trim and headlights are also different from the CS and CSE. Already I am thinking Auto to 5 speed conversion. I don't like cars with an auto transmission. Would appreciate pointers on a project like this. I think I need, as a minimum, 5 speed turbo transmission, bearing bracket (rear engine mount bracket), shifter and linkage, clutch pedal and mechanism. Rum's garage said it'll cost around $600, parts only naturally.
Do I have to fiddle with anything electrical?
