The subframe bolts? I would be cautious to do that only because if your car was ever in an accident (could have been before you owned it), and the frame was affected, removing those bolts will shift the body alignment from what it is right now. This could lead to improper front-end/wheel alignment.
If you want to try that out, though, those bolts are found on either side of the front cross-member. Jack up the car on either side and look where the black plastic fender liner and under-carriage splash guards do not cover some metal portion of the frame (this will be in the far-most corners). You will see two bolt heads in line with each other, pretty close together. I think they're 13mm. You may also have to loosen the bolt(s) that allow the front cross-member to pivot. You will see those if you remove the front plastic splash guard and these bolts will be centered, slightly towards the driver's side. They're bigger, I think 14mm or so. You'll notice the split-frame connects at that point. This is pretty simple to do, and all bolts do go back in easily.
If you are referring to the moonroof screws, then fully slide back the moonroof (toggle the switch back once more after it stops and it should move a little further back--this feature is for working on the moonroof) and look down from above. You will see screws lining the whole opening. Tighten up all of them. This didn't help in my case, though.
