I'd go with Sobstory or eEuroparts. Crawl under first, and see if the muffler is welded to the center muffler, or just bolted. Carefully inspect the condition of the center muffler - if the rear is dead, chances are the center muffler is on it's way out, too.
I do the work myself. I usually buy everything aft of the catalytic converter. I undo the two bolts at the catalytic converter, and with a handy sawzall, remove the rest in pieces. Jack up and support the left rear, and remove the left rear tire. Makes life a lot easier. By removing everything, in pieces, I'm not trying to preserve anything and getting frustrated in the process. And all new bits go together much better than old and new. But check the conditon - you may be able to preserve the intermediate flex pipe, and save $100.
The muffler for the 900 won't fit anywhere but in the trunk. The muffler system for the 9000 changed from year to year, don't expect the 900 to use the same.
My major recommendation is for any bolt that you want to remove without a saw, buy a can of Liquid Wrench, or the penetrating oil of your choice. Spray the crap out of the bolts every morning, and again every night. Yes, it'll be a little stinky when you drive. Do this for a few days before you do the work - a week is nice. The bolts will be a lot more likely to come off in one piece through this regime of chemical warfare.
