I had a heck of a time getting the slave cylinder screws out last time. I did manage to get one of them out by using a Dremel tool to cut a slot across the head of the screw and then using an impact driver to "pound" it out.

I struggled with the other ones because the Dremel was too big to get in there and get a good angle to cut a slot. So, if you do get a new Dremel tool, I'd recommend getting the smallest one that you can find.

I wouldn't just cut the heads off of the screws... becuase you'll still have to get the headless screwws out of the tramnmission later.

I ended up borrowing a set of screw extractors from a friend. They worked great! I forgot the brand name, but they look like tapered, reverse drill bits. The screw extractors that I had were different (tapered with flat "blades" running the length of the tool) and nearly useless.
