...in my 1990 9000 turbo, also with t25.
The 25 can create even higher boost pressures, up to 25 and 26 psi,
but that doesn't mean that your engine can handle all of the extra air.
With all that extra air, you need the fuel to burn too...
if you're car hasn't been set up to run that much boost, you might damage your engine by running lean on fuel.
It's ok to run that much boost every once in a while, in a peak boost situation, where it'll spike up to 23 and then fall back down, but if you've got stock injectors, a stock Fuel pressure regulator, and stock computer programs, than i would almost want to say that you're experiencing overboost.
possibly failing BPC...
if this keeps up, get it checked out...
too much boost CAN be a BAD thing,
"even too much sunlight will cause burns"....
