With stock T25, I got the boost just fine with lower-mid end. However, the boost repeatedly gradually dropped back anytime I passed 3.5-4.0 K rpm. I'm with MBC so the system (ECU) is not supposed to drop any boost back. I even tried with W hose out, got the fuel cut in lower band, and end up in boost dropping in higher band consistently. I'm thinking if the flow capacity of stock downpipe and even the cat would cause the problem.
Any enlighten ?
