If you install a new TB on those blasted 92's you definately need to have it Recalibrated. I've done many of these at my shop. Also I've changed many over to non-TCS models also.. much less problems that way. Also make sure your vacuum lines are correctly placed. It's been a while since i've worked on the 92's w/TCS but if i remember correctly the diagram on the body of the car is actually wrong on most that i've seen. I've got a diagram lyin around from saab somewhere that i can dig up if you need it. Also the solenoid on the firewall towards the passenger side is prone to causing TCS lights and driving failure. p.s. also make sure your Throttle cable is correctly adjusted in coordination w/your gas pedal sensor
