Hey guys I need some serious help please. The problem lies with a 9000cs. Last night after topping off the radiator it started leaking from this elbow shaped rubber "boot" from the backside of the firewall. As I was at a friends house I did have to drive it home as Im driving along I smell radiator fluid through the vents I look down at the temp gauge and its climbing, I bail off the freeway and just before I can get safely off the road smoke and steam start coming through the dashboard vents. The carpet isnt wet as I thought it may be the heater core. Called my friend and he brought me some more fluids but then the car wouldnt start. Had it towed to the indy but they dont open for another two hours and I have no clue whats going on with the car. It was about another 30-45 seconds before I could get the car shut down safely out of traffic. Any ideas what the problem may be?????

Another issue, it wont pass the low idle emissions test, the hydrocarbons are too high. any idea what could cause that? Ive changed the air filter and the spark plugs.
