not sure if this is a joke,
if it's not.
if she was the right girl:
1. you would feel so loved you wouldn't seriously consider her cheating on you
2. even if you had some unresolved self-esteem, self-doubt, or paranoia that manifested as a wondering thought that she was cheating on you, she would be caring towards you and that caring-ness would make you feel good, and that good feeling would contrast with your paranoid thoughts and you could see they were self-generated
3. you'd know who her friends were
my experience is that when i thought girlfriends were cheating, they were cheating, and when i met the right girl (eternally grateful), i suddenly had all the confidence and trust in the world
everything is impermanent
the relationship will end at some point, before or at the end of your life or hers
i'd set yourself free, and the money saved on the girlfriend can be saved for your car ;), or a nice road-trip, unless you're really really into her, in which case, keeping spying until you have proof, but be prepared for the sick feeling you'll get in your bellly.
sounds like she's hiding something, though.
good luck
i wouldn't worry about the exhaust until you have a hole you can't patch
everything is impermanent
replace the exhaust, and next year it'll have a little rust
