cables must be there. Do you have the newer DI that can be disconnected direclty at the DI or the DI with the cables directly attached ?
If you have the newer DI, then you are missing the cable running from two of the grey connectors that you shown to the DI connector. If you have the older DI, the grey connectors should mate up with the two grey connectors from the DI cable. Whether you have the old or new DI, they use the same set of grey connectors by the battery. The newer DI just has the detachable cable from the DI to the grey connectors.
I believe the '91 and '92 should have similar setup, the turbo has one additional grey connector while the non-turbo has three as your picture shown.
