I have had the same problem with two of my doorlock actuators.
I did not replace them by new ones, but repaired both actuators.
Although these actuators are sealed, is possible to open them.
Usu a small thin iron saw and saw VERY CAREFULLY trough the sealing almost 100 % around the outline.
Then, with a flat srewdriver you can prise in between and separate the both parts.
Inside you will find:
1 a small electrical motor
2 a set of toothed wheels
3 a puching forward/retract mechanism
All parts are good accessible.
In one case I had to solder one of the cables on the electrical motor (got loose)and in second actuator I succeeded in getting it working again by cleaning all the interior parts by a solvent and greasing the interior with a teflon lubricator.
Now the closing of the actuator:because you broke the sealing it is not sufficient to glue the parts together.
I solved the problem by clamping these two parts together with two 2 mm thick small iron strips, positioned diagonally over the actuator.
These strips are a little bit longer than the diagonal in order to have room to clamp these stripps together with 2 bolths and 4 nuts (securing)
By examining the situation you will discover quickly in what direction the diagonal has to be positioned. The two bolt haeads are facing towards you, otherwise you can not reposition the actuator.
Afther the clamping put some kit on the actuator to avoid water coming in.
It's a challenge, but I get it done twice, cost hardly nothing and gives a lot of satisfaction.
You also can buy new ones, but thy are very expensive.
Success,
